Boat description

If you like fishing and your better half likes a boat for its conveniences and cruising, take a serious look at this boat. She has a smooth riding hull, a nicely appointed cabin and a generous sized cockpit. This boat was sold in Utah and was kept at Lake Powell for 6 years prior to coming to Florida.  I purchased the boat from the first owner in 1996 so I know she has been well cared for.  When I moved it to Florida, the original carbureted engine overheated so it was a choice to rebuilt or replace.  I chose to replace it in 2000 with a new multi-port fuel-injected (MPI) Mercruiser 7.4L engine with fresh water cooling and fresh water flush. The fresh water flush cleans the exhaust manifolds that are not cooled by the fresh water cooling. She is pushed by Bravo III drive with dual SS props. The boat has approximately 500 hours on it; 425 hrs since I purchased her and the engine has just a little over 280 hours.  The cabin accommodates four comfortably including a complete galley and a nice size fully enclosed head. She is in very nice condition and would be an excellent choice for anyone wanting a small cruiser.

Accommodations:
The forward dinette converts to a double V-berth with filler cushion. There is storage under the berths, side storage shelves, storage locker, a bulkhead mirror, two side ports and three overhead ventilation hatches with removable screens. The mid-cabin features a large double berth, storage locker, shelf, mirror, aft window and a privacy curtain. Located aft to starboard is the head which has a vanity with sink, toilet with holding tank, shower, storage lockers and a mirror. The cabin is well arranged, comfortable and clean.  I also have foam inserts to put on the floor in the aft seating area for sleeping outside.

Galley:
Located amidships to port, the galley features a stainless steel sink, Butane single burner stove, Norcold refrigerator/freezer, Samsung microwave, lockers for storage and includes misc. dishes, utensils and drinking glasses. It also include an inverter for running the microwave and outlet when not plugged into shore power.

Electronics and Navigational Gear:
Standard Horizon Eclipse VHF radio, Lowrance X-15 GPS with depth sounder.

Electrical System:
(2) Batteries, Battery switch, Battery charger, Single 30 amp dockside power, 12V Accessory outlets in stern and cabin areas, Inverter to power microwave and galley outlet.

Updated  cone clutch in the outdrive.  The boat has been stored on a lift since she came to Florida and was rinsed off and flushed after every use.  I also have all the maintenance records since I purchased her in 1996.
