SUBJECT: Rotations through July (Visited yet again!), Themes, Menu and Recipes for November 02
Included is the final permutations of the group rotations – please discard any and all previous issues. My sincere apologies for the earlier, more than sloppy work! This layout has been tirelessly reviewed and cross-referenced for duplicates, ‘fairness and aptness of thought’ or something like that ! (Leaving Elkins, Shallbetter, Graham and Woodlock for the August “New Beginning”.)
The host number is in red – if this is not readily apparent, please let me know as I am unclear how all of these emails are received. Note that the dining dates for June and July have been moved up one week to accommodate Memorial Day and the Fourth of July.
In addition an un-named group of three, conducted a blind drawing and determined that the monthly host in Group Four shall henceforth be designated the “Lead Host”. The duty of the **Lead Host shall be to contact other group hosts, well in advance of the host month, and initiate menu/recipe planning by the group. This is an attempt to ensure that we all don’t sit back and “wait for the other guy to do it”.

Agreed-Upon Menu Themes:
Lead hosts: Contact your monthly group hosts, and agree upon a menu theme for the month in which you are hosting. These themes will determine the framework from which all hosts will plan menus and recipes until July. Email Shallbetters with your choices so that we can post them for all to see at www.ahome4u.net. Let’s try to have this finished by the November dinner.
