We arrived in Memphis on May 3rd and stayed in a campground next to Graceland. We couldn't believe we were actually going to do the Elvis thing. We got up early, 8 am, on the 4th and were in line by 9 am to do the entire tour. It took us a little over three hours.

We finished the tour about 12:30 pm just in time for the weather front that spawned tornadoes in Oklahoma to catch up with us. Although there were other things we wanted to do in Memphis, we decided that we should leave before we were trapped in Memphis. As it turns out, this was a good decision, the weather front stayed over Memphis for over two days.
